Yea, actually. The character Naruto really helped me think. He sorta taught me that I have to hold the friends I do have dear and not to complain so much. Like Kakashi said about him... 'Naruto got bored of crying." And that one line really began to make me think. How can you have everyone hate you in the whole world, but still keep going on in life? How can you not cry? So, I've been grateful for what I do have and also for my friends, though they may be small in numbers. ^^ Go Naruto!

I'd say the same about Naruto, but I was also influenced by samurai's in general. I'd like to act as close to the ways they acted as I can ^_^

hmmmm I'm not sure if my take on that is like everyone else... I must say when I watch anime or read manga I do get attached to the characters (if the story is good that is ^^ I have a manga called 'skullman' and I really AM NOT attached to it x.x LOL)
I get so into anime that when stuff happens to characters I can feel it as if I was there... For instance like when nobody was certain what was going to happen to chouji and you saw that his friends drew the arrows to show him the way. As sad as it is uu YES I cried when is saw that and it was the manga even x.x heh...
I also cried when Zabuza cried... ;_; it was so sad.... so very very sad >___< I cried for Lee and Gai when Gai was told that Lee wouldn't be able to be a shinobi anymore (even though I knew it was coming >< gyah!). However, when I get so emotionally attached to a series or a manga, I always get inspired to draw.
Many things like that inspire me. I LOVE to see stuff like that in manga or in anime... cause it's like a life factor ^^ It really helps bring a show to life so in a way YES it influences me. I always stop to think and think about characters and what's going to happen. When I see that characters have flaws like people in real life do... I wanna know what's gonna happen to them and if something does I wanna know if they'll be okay or what's going on in their heads.
For instance (yes I'm a nerd now x.x LOL) I cried so much when Wizardmon died >< (and later was POED when they didn't show the whole death sequnce uu ARGH! stupid fox kids!) i didn't want him to go. So something sad and meaningfull like that I want to incoperate into my stories and my characters... after reading so much WONDERFUL magna and watching so much wonderful anime... I want my stories to draw people in and make them care. I want people to become attached to my characters like I am able to get attached to other charaters ^^;

I don't know if that is what you meant... another show I recently started watching was Transformers Super Link (transformers energon in english which I must say >< I SO perfer the english... cause of... *sqeeeeeeeee!* Starscreams voice OO omg... sexy >< *hides in shame*) and YES i know they're robots... but one of them god killed and his friend actually cried and I thought that was so sad... I know robots can't cry but it still got to me... I felt so bad for the little guy. I wouldn't want my friends to die...

so yeah x.x I have even more I could say but I'm sure you're probably REALLY angry now that this got so long/boring/ and or retarded....

I can't help but take most anime and manga (the really good ones that is with exceptional characters and plots) to heart and let it inspire me. I could name so many series right now that because they got to me and really drew me in that I'll just never forget them. And yes ^_^ after watching anime I'm sure I act a little strange now and than and am a tad more out going and recently I've got the transformers superlink song stuck in my head...causing me to hum it and watch the show constantly but ^^ YES!

definately YES!!!!!!!! Anime and Manga do influence and inspire me every single day >< how would I live without something so crucial to an artist heh ^^ so...

gomen x.x I got obsessed with this... *runs off to hide* damn i'm still so behind ><;

I agree. There are many aspects that I admire, like how they lived every day like their last and the fact that they had no fear of death.

yeah, and the respect they have for everyone, and yes the death thing's very kewl. I don't really like how they'd kill people for fun, but ya know, what can u do, it's past. I especially like their swords :drools: kaaaataaannaaa... mmmmm...*comes back to reality*
:icondreamseerx:
Gawd... If I ever get my hand on a katana, run. Seriously. Theres things I like and dislike about the samurais, but over all they are pretty kewl.
