My personal views on homosexuality are that it's a perfectly fine thing. An idea was brought up by a friend a long while ago, that everyone was born bisexual and that it was society that shaped how and who they are when they grew up. I like that idea, and choose to believe it. Society does shape how you are.
But that's off topic, mon ami.
Back to what I think of the idea of being homosexual. There's nothing wrong with it; I think that it's perfectly natural. I ALSO think that same-sex couples are more devoted to each other than a hetrosexual couple is. Think about it-- if you look so hard for someone who will accept you for who you are, and face all that shit just to find that one special person, are you really going to let go of them so easily? Hmmmm?
I'd like to know everyone's thoughts about homosexuality, bisexuality, transgender people, and whatever else there is to connect to homosexuality. I respectfully request that you remain mature about this topic, as it is a rather touchy subject. Also, please respect other people's opinions, even though they may differ from your own.

Well, it'd be only natural if I accepted the homosexuality/bisexuality notion as normal. Denying or thinking of it as wrong or unnatural would make me a hypocrite!

Wellllll. Fine, I'll talk. Personally, I don't really believe the born bisexual idea. I mean, it's a fine idea, but from personal experience I don't believe it. We're all sort of programmed at birth to be homosexual, heterosexual, or bisexual. Of course, with the proper conditioning, societal or parental, you can be brainwashed into something your not. If it's done well enough, the person will never realize their true self, even if it's obvious to others.
And, well, in reference to homosexuality... I'm prefectly fine with it. I mean, do whatever you want to do. Be who you are. If you're up to, try new things. Especially when you're young. This the time you're supposed to try everything out. Hell, in England, they used to think that homosexuality was a thing that all teenagers went through, and some guys just didn't grow out of it. That doesn't match my statement before that, but screw it.

i will admit that it is very entertaining what some homosexuals do. however, according to modern science(for wehat thats worth, they cloned a friggin sheep) you are "born" gay or whatever. its not like someone wakes up and says, "i think i want to be gay." at least im pretty sure that that doesn't happen...and that's about it

I think that same-sex attraction is absolutely natural. If you look at the animal kingdom or even if you look to other non-Western cultures before Westernization colonized everything, it was present, and even valued about other-sex relationships.
I don't think that it makes people more devoted to one another though-some people are just out to have fun or to have a relationship other than a serious, and that might change, might not, but I don't think that one's orientation is directly connected to it-it might indirectly contribute, but I don't think it's a cause of deeper commitment.
